Teresa Ramos

Teresa is a strategist specializing in foresight and organizational transformation in highly uncertain environments. With a background in communication and a decade of consulting experience, she works with management teams and innovation departments to challenge outdated mental frameworks, redesign strategic conversations, and anticipate scenarios before the context dictates decisions. Her approach integrates systems analysis, foresight, future scenario design, and an understanding of the cognitive biases that hinder adaptation to change, helping organizations identify when their value proposition has become outdated and what “trapezoid” they need to let go of to remain relevant. She spent time in Byron Bay, Australia, where she discovered in longboarding not just a sport, but a way of life based on connecting with nature, herself, and transcendence. After leaving corporate life in Madrid, she returned to Santander to reconnect with her roots, integrating a deeply humanistic perspective into her work, influenced by her passion for the humanities and the sea. It does not work from prediction, but from strategic preparation: less data and more framework, less reaction and more capacity to understand, inhabit and love uncertainty and the era in which we live.
